Storm Steiger initiates a paddle from Ferry Point in Richmond to the public part of Brooks Island for a potluck dinner prior to the July 3rd Richmond Fireworks.
The wind forcast was for the winds to die down after sunset, but they never let up, and we had an exciting trip back in the dark. No incidents to report, though.
