As we arrive at Pier 1 1/2, we see the new dock that welcomes, nay, embraces kayakers!!!

The new dock allows kayakers, so long as we keep a clear path of travel for the other boaters. We were even greeted on our arrival by the Harbormaster, Craig Boles. Heather gets huge kudos for checking out the landing options here, and for letting Craig know to expect us.

Fine dining in front of a fine dining establishment. The restaurant here is a Peruvian cevicheria - I looked at the menu, not too expensive with $20-$30 main plates. The Harbormaster told us there would be more restaurants coming in the near future.
